I was going to suggest mailchimp. The templates can be modified, but the nature of email marketing design is it is still stuck in 1999 type html to support all the various email clients, thus the use of tables for layout. I would stay with mailchimp. In the past we've used mailchimp but find the templates a bit limited. This is for marketing and sending out newsletters. Any thoughts appreciated.
