Course Presenter: Dion Lindsay Dion is a trained and experienced workshop facilitator and runs Dion Lindsay Consulting, specialising in knowledge management and organisational learning. Over the last 6 years he has run more than 20 workshops and in-house training courses for information professionals. He is consulted by large charities and membership organisations on knowledge sharing and collaboration strategies and has 23 years' experience of working in information management in the public sector. He is a Trustee of CILIP, the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals, a longtime member and currently organiser of the UKeiG's Intranet Forum, and Intranets editor for Elucidate, UKeiG's e-journal on emerging and popular topics in electronic information.
