Warm regards Catherine 10 London Libraries Consortium (LLC) members - the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Brent, Ealing, Enfield, Hackney, Havering, Merton, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Wandsworth have subscribed to smartsm for a period of three years, meaning that now 18 of the 33 London Boroughs now utilise smartsm taking the national figure to almost 50 percent of UK public libraries subscribing to the solution.
