Just to round up responses - Lincolnshire and Newcastle seem to be doing exactly what we want to do, which is to direct public print jobs to our leased photocopiers (MFDs). Members of the public are automatically assigned a print job number and use it to release the job, and pay for it using the coin box on the photocopier.
