a reminder for the above seminar which will explore the use of linked data in
library catalogues.
Speakers include:
- Gordon Dunsire from the
DCMI RDA Task Group providing an introduction to linked data concepts for
cataloguers.
- Alan Danskin from the
British Library reporting on linked data experiments with the British National
Bibliography

- Lukas Koster from the
University of Amsterdam speaking on a proof of concept project connecting
bibliographic metadata from the Library OPAC with a theatre performances
database maintained by the Theatre Institute of The Netherlands.
