Do you mean how many patients we see a week or how much we charge them?System in Aus is dependant on Mediscare and Bulk billing vs private billing and we get item numbers (like a 23 for a short consult and all sorts of different numbers for nursing homes,longer consults, care plans, minor surgery (you get paid more if you have excised something nasty so have to wait for histology before you can put the bill in)
I dont do much now, We dont get paid if I do it but we do if Chris does it so its all bloody madness here with regards nurses.
