Based in Southampton, Snowflake’s Commercial team are at the forefront of delivering first rate support and consultancy to a global customer base across many markets. Our core products (GO Loader & GO Publisher) form a complete solution for data exchange, publishing, load and management. As a small specialist company, we pride ourselves in being able to couple technical
excellence with a strong understanding of our customer’s needs.

The role

Working within the Commercial team you are responsible for providing customer support within agreed SLAs and technical consultancy for pre and post sales activities, delivered in a timely manner. The role is customer centric and covers all aspects of managing the customer experience at a technical level. Our customer base ranges large enterprise (e.g. Eurocontrol, BT, Ordnance Survey) to smaller organisations (e.g. Local Councils) and your contribution will make all the difference to their experience of our products and services.

About you

A recent BSc/ MSc graduate with the relevant skills; ideally you will have a minimum of two year’s relevant experience in an on-site / off-site consultancy and support role. Experience of the Geographic Information industry is desirable. A basic software engineering background is preferred but not essential; however, you will be very technically aware with an ability to learn the basics of new technologies and software packages quickly.
