Hi Eleanor I heard of one National Trust property (Montacute House in Somerset?) using an old fashioned telephone to make recordings. I don't know much more except I think the idea was that the phone rings and there is a message, after which the visitor records their feedback/reminiscence. I thought that was a very neat way of incorporating feedback gathering in a display. Perhaps someone else on the list knows more about this. Alternatively for many useful ideas on the use of social networking and other technological approaches to gathering any kind of feedback including memories Nina K.
