Hi

The easiest is indeed to run melodic from the command line and to use the fsl_sub mechanism to do so:

fsl_sub -q long.q melodic -i data <bladiblah>

The reason I inquire is that I have already run FNIRT on a large sample of subjects, and do not wish to re-run the registrations; however, the registration step appears to be obligate using the MELODIC GUI. I can of course easily run MELODIC from the command line and avoid re-running the registrations, but then MELODIC does not self-submit to the grid. Is there a way to achieve both?: i.e., a) run melodic without re-running registrations, but b) also utilize SGE?
