Hi, is there a way to extract the fitted model timecourse (i.e. the blue line in fslview timecourse)? If I use fslmeants -i filtered_func_data I can pull out the data (i.e. the red line), but I also wanted to get the values of the blue one. I see one can obtain the values for the peak voxel of a contrast in the Feat report, but from which image (or how) can I extract the blue timeseries for a voxel of my choice?
