Hi,

If the image files (nii.gz) are all fine then everything should be OK.
Just convert the vtk files to ascii if you want to individually view them,
although this isn't necessary if all you want to do is run vertex analysis.
The output from vertex analysis will be ascii and viewable without
conversion.
