Dear FSL experts, I'm currently working on setting up a repeated measures GLM in FEAT with 87 subjects and 4 repeated measures. This means that I need something like a 348 x 90 design matrix with 0 and 1 etc.... The Feat GUI does not seem to like this at all, so I'm wondering if someone has some suggestions (or scripts) to make this work directly with the *.fsf files. Thank you. Alexander
