Hi All, I am doing a TBSS analysis on data acquired at about a 4 x 4 x 4 mm resolution. A reviewer asked what effect may the 1x1x1 up-sampling have on detection or lack of detection on regions of group differences outside of the major fiber bundles. I am unsure how to respond to this. Any suggestions?
