Dear Mark, First of all, I thank you for your reply. I already have done what you suggested and I could not get any results. I have change the sequence type in the command-line and appear an error that says that TRslice, TR and numvols are not corrected. I had already tried different values that are used in some real systems, and the error persists. I do not know what I am doing wrong. Best Regards, Pedro Mendes
