Hi all,

now that cinema only accounts for 10-15 per cent of income generated by films, shouldn't we discuss the topic of filmophilia replacing the older and quainter notion of cinephilia: i.e. of people who love films but don't necessarily watch them in the cinema, but on any form of digital delivery system (u no, DVD, PC, iPad, iPhone etc. etc.) ? Has there been any scholarly work done on this?

Henry
