As the Project Officer,
Health Care Assessment Team you will be responsible for:
·
undertaking
health technology assessments which will include:
-
identifying
relevant clinical trials research
-
appraising
and assessing clinical trials research
-
assisting with
economic evaluations and financial impact analysis
-
synthesising
evidence and generating conclusions
-
writing reports
To
be successful in this role you will have:
·
a degree in
epidemiology, public health, economic evaluation or similar, or equivalent
experience/education/training
·
a working
knowledge of evidence-based healthcare concepts with experience in the design
and review of health technology assessments
·
writing and
analysis skills for producing reports and publications
·
analytic ability
to critically assess research
·
high level project
and computing skills
·
excellent
interpersonal skills, including recommending appropriate strategies in a
diverse team environment.
Desirable
for appointment is your:
·
understanding of
health economics, especially relating to health technology assessment
·
knowledge of and
experience in the conduct of decision analyses.
