All,How do you treat 'Forms of Authority' from solicitors acting on behalf of their client? On the 'Form of Authority', I have a signature and date from the supposed client. I have no proof this is the clients signature. (sometimes I can look at a file and match them but this is not always the case). Is this enough evidence to release a 'housing file' or would I be in my rights for ask for the type of ID that I would request for an SAR?RegardsSteve______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Stephen CotterillProcurement & Technical Officer x3296Broxtowe Borough CouncilResources DirectorateCouncil Offices, Foster Avenue,Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1ABTel: 0115 917 7777Fax: 0115 917 3577View our procurement page at: www.broxtowe.gov.uk/procurementView our contracts notice board: www.sourcenottinghamshire.co.ukPayments to Suppliers are published at http://www.broxtowe.gov.uk/paymentstosuppliersInternal Users only - View our Procurement Intranet page at: http://intranet/index.aspx?articleid=2754
