If you know their names and their rough residential location, then a few quid spent on the net should get you what you need to know anyway.

 

Depends on whether or not you want to spend out on such “tracking” sites….

Dear All,

 

The thieves who attempted to steal my motorbike last week were caught red-handed by the Police, arrested and are bailed pending further enquiries/preparation of CPS' case.  My question is this - can I ask for the names and addresses of the said thieves in order to make a civil claim against them for my uninsured losses?  Assuming that the case doesn't get dropped, their name and address will be publicly available in the Court Records, but that might be months down the line.  What do you think?
