Hello! No the file /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/ccpn/python/cambridge/dangle/config does'nt exist but the path to dangle is all there and included various files as shown here: letournd@ubuntu:/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/ccpn/python/cambridge/dangle$ ls angle_pop_GEN.txt angle_pop_PRO.txt DangleGui.py __init__.pyc angle_pop_GLY.txt DangleFrame.py DangleGui.pyc neuralNet angle_pop_PRE.txt DangleFrame.pyc __init__.py src So does just adding the config files from Dangle version i've downloaded wil do the trick?
