Dear Allstat,

A role comprising of in-depth statistical research and development this exciting post is in need of a statistical / data mining expert who can rise to the challenge - to find meaningful patterns in huge amounts of data. Positioned in the upper echelons of the Fraud Analytics division of a large financial organisation, your role will be to use cutting edge data analysis techniques and innovative approaches to solving business problems and optimising processes. No prior experience within fraud analysis or financial services is necessary all you need is a strong background using a wide variety of advanced statistical techniques. 

The role will be to – 

•	Research and Develop new innovative analytical techniques and optimise processes
•	Lead the development and implementation of leading pattern recognition, data mining and statistical modelling techniques to deliver the best in fraud prevention
•	Help set the strategic vision of the fraud analytics division
•	Manage stakeholder relations
•	Represent the company at external forums 
•	Be constantly on the look out and driving towards improving modelling procedure and accuracy

Location: London


Salary: Negotiable up to 75K + bonus + bens depending upon qualification, skills and experience
