Specialist in database management and digital analytics, if you want to make your career in the strategic area of business – spotting opportunities to add more value with data analytics, whilst also being involved in the hands on data analysis and programming then this is the role for you! The role will entail: • Managing and carrying out the CRM analytics (including segmentation, profiling, propensity and response modelling, basket analysis, and store location planning) for a number of clients and their entire brand portfolio • Using digital / web analytics and social media insights to assess online activity • Analysing customer behaviour, defining contact strategy and predicting future behaviour with statistics • Formulating strategy and planning solutions to grow the company – spotting opportunities to help clients further • Working closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, understanding their needs and delivering to those needs • Use your creativity to think outside the box, create great presentations and to secure new clients Requirements: • Proficiency with either SAS, SPSS or Faststats is essential • An understanding of web analytics and online customer tracking systems, such as Omniture is extremely desirable but not essential • Experience in a marketing either agency or clientside • Experience in manipulation, analysis and interpretation of large datasets • Preferably a marketing focused professional with experience in analysis or customer insight with a keen desire to drive change, manage client projects and help form business strategy and planning • A head bursting with ideas Take an exciting career step forward and make the next few years count.
