So I guess, Steve, that means when
negotiating contracts to have a refund for all incomplete packs to the tune of

Subject: blood gas failed reagent
packs
Hello
We have a local problem at the moment with blood
gas reagent packs failing prematurely for certain analytes. There of
course is a large cost, hidden or otherwise, for our POCT team in managing premature
reagent pack failures, and the potential for clinical impact if equipment is
suddenly unavailable.
