Registration Instructions

• The meeting is open to all interested persons, not just the West Midlands region
  
• Registration and payment for this meeting is being handled by the ACB Tooley Street Office
• Please go to the ACB main website Meetings Page and locate the entry for the meeting
• You will see links for the Programme (as above), Registration Form and Online Payment using the ACB store website
  
• All registrants must complete and return a Registration form to the Tooley Street Office
• Fees are £20 for clinical scientist trainees, £30 for ACB members (not trainees) and £40 for non-members
• Payment can be made by cheque with the Registration form, bank transfer (Instructions are on the Registration Form) or via the ACB Store website.
• Non-members paying online at the ACB Store website site will only see the £40 option
• ACB Members will see the £20 and £30 options only if they log in to the ACB Store site using their membership number and password.
• Please call the ACB Office (not me!) if you have any difficulties with registration or payment
