Hi, We got the following error message when running VBM8 with spm8. We checked the dimensions for all the T1 images are the same except that the slice numbers differ between subjects/T1 images. Did this cause the error message? Should the T1 images have the same number of slices in order for vbm8 to run? Thanks much for your help. Ben ************** Initial Coarse Affine Registration..
