Hi all,<br><br>This may be somewhat off-topic, but I am trying to reorient my functionals into same space as my V1/2/3 ROIs.<br><br>The problem is that the ROIs were made using MR Vista software, and the only thing I have is a 4x4 multiplication matrix (axform) used by MR Vista to reorient the retinotopic mapping functionals to the T1 image, but that doesn&#39;t seem to be in the same format as the reorient matrix in SPM.<br>
