Hello, I'm new to Masrbar in SPM. after choosing "get SPM cluster" from the "ROI Definition" and loading my SPM.mat file and choosing the desired contast, the "write ROI" option in my SPM input window doesn't appear. i still have the regular options, i.e. - Design and Contrasts (instead of Design and Write ROI, as mentioned in http://marsbar.sourceforge.net/tutorial/define.html). any thoughts? thanks, Asaf.
