I have 2 different participants with SWAF and WAF files open. Both individuals have been preprocessed in the same way, however, there is an inherent quality difference between participants smoothed and normalized functional data. I have also attached a raw functional image of these two individiuals, it seems to have existed prior to preprocessing. Does anybody have any thoughts?
