Dear SPMers, I am working with SPM8 (update number 4290). When I use the BATCH EDITOR to run a PPI analysis, the PPI is calculated and the design is displayed but the PPI_name.mat file does not get saved. No error message whatsoever shows up in the MATLAB command window. With my greatest surprise, matlab displays that PPI is done. Do you have any suggestions ? Thanks Paolo
