Hi all, This may be somewhat off-topic, but I am trying to reorient my functionals into same space as my V1/2/3 ROIs. The problem is that the ROIs were made using MR Vista software, and the only thing I have is a 4x4 multiplication matrix (axform) used by MR Vista to reorient the retinotopic mapping functionals to the T1 image, but that doesn't seem to be in the same format as the reorient matrix in SPM. Has anyone ever reoriented nifti images using MR Vista axform matrix? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks heaps in advance!!! Cheers, Branka
