We have problems with intensity inhomogeneity in our MR images acquired in 3T scanner with 32 ch head coil.<br>
<br>
The posterior part of the brain looks brighter than the rest of the brain in our T1 image.<br>
<br>
Are there any options or toolboxes in SPM that we could use to correct for this intensity inhomogeneity?<br>
We attach the problem image as an example for your inspection.<br>
