Dear SPM list, We have problems with intensity inhomogeneity in our MR images acquired in 3T scanner with 32 ch head coil. The posterior part of the brain looks brighter than the rest of the brain in our T1 image. Are there any options or toolboxes in SPM that we could use to correct for this intensity inhomogeneity?
