Hm. Some valid points, but rather churlishly written, i thought. 
(The sort of article Jeremy Clarkson might write!). 
 
Compared with the number of printed books published daily in the world right now, i think emails must be 'little fish'.
Three cheers for e-books and saving all those trees anyway!
