Can i ask what the legalities are of this?  Sorry dont know much about the law.  Aware of need for staff to be vaccinated for measles, rubella, vz etc, but this is because the DOH tells us that people must be immune.  If the DOH are not introducing mandatory flu vaccinations for staff, is this just a local change.  If so, are peoples terms and conditions to work in the hospital being changed?  Are people who are already employed going to be exempt as they have already signed there contracts? Have you informed the unions of the change from voluntary vaccination to mandatory?

Sorry just need to know how you are going to justify it all.
