Hi List and a happy Friday to you all!! Is anyone using remote case management in their place of work? We have been trying to implement this since October and at present it is failing miserably as the client is not actually gaining anything from this. I would appreciate it if anyone that is using this in their role could contact me offline as I would like to discuss this further in an attempt that we can resolve the issues that we have with this.
