Hello,

I’m hoping someone can either help me or point me in the right direction.

A library user has requested some chapters from a French publication called “Mapping Protein/DNA Interactions by Cross-Linking”, corporate author : Institut national de la santé et de la recherche medicale. Each chapter is abstracted on PubMed, but I can’t find out any more information on this title. Does anyone have it in stock, or do they know of any way I can borrow/buy it ?

The user is particularly interested in three chapters (and yes, I’ve told him he can only have one !) :

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21413358 ChIP with Native Chromatin: Advantages and Problems Relative to Methods Using Cross-Linked Material
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK7098/ Chromatin Immunoprecipitation in Budding Yeast
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK7111/ Part 2. Detailed Method for Immunoprecipitation of Unfixed Chromatin from Mammalian Cells
Will be extremely grateful for either a copy of a chapter or info about where I can buy the publication.
Thank you,

Ann
