Hi All,
we have encountered a problem whereby the links on the NHS My Journals
to our elsevier-subscribed journals (available via Science Direct) are
not carrying thru the Athens login details. Thus it is presenting a "not
subscribed" screen with accompanying costs for articles.
Users can then go thru the Science Direct login screens in order to
logon via Athens and so get full-text.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Is anyone able to get a link straight thru with Athens access recognised?

I have been in touch with elsevier and have been told they only
guarantee their own login.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,
    Cheryl.
