Prof. Pollard will be writing to all Universities and Colleges in England on this subject very soon. The IEEE / IET Digital Library contains the following, in many cases back to first issue, over 2.8 million articles: IEEE Conference Papers IET Conference Papers IEEE Journals, Transactions & Magazines IET Journals, Transactions & Magazines IEEE Active Standards As you may be aware, there are already a large number of universities in England subscribing to IEL, however there are many other universities and colleges in England that don't but would like to take an IEL subscription.
