Hi everybody,

With thanks for the huge response in terms of applicants, I would like to state that the application process for jobs at T-Kartor GB is now closed.

With apologies for any offence caused, due to the fact that I have received over 200 CV's, I am unable to respond to every applicant l will note that several of you had very interesting skills for the future, but did not fulfil our immediate requirements. However, we expect to be recruiting again in summer/Autumn, where your skills may well be more suitable.

Successful candidates that we wish to invite for interview will be contacted asap, and it is envisionaged that this process will be complete by the end of the weekend. So if you haven't heard from me by Sunday evening, regretfully, you should assume that you have not been successful. I am also not able to enter into correspondence as to why certain candidates were not successful.

Good luck to everybody with their job searches, and I look forward to meeting some of you very soon.

Thanks,
Rich

Hi all,

As a quick follow-up to my email yesterday, many thanks for the huge response so far. We have been overwhelmed by the number of applicants, many of a very high standard. Please also note the following additional information:

- We will continue to accept applications until Monday 4th April.
- We will not supply any further information at this point regarding the job, beyond what is listed on our website.
- Sadly, due to the timeframe of the job, we are not currently in the position to be able to sponsor visa's for applicants so you must be able to work legally with the UK/EU. In case of exceptional applicants who do not have visas's/right of employment, we may well create a further position in the coming months and will keep you informed, but any potential employment along this route will be at least 4-6months away.
- Only successful applicants will be contacted and invited for interview. We have simply had too much interest to enable us to respond to every unsuccessful applicant.

Finally, for a job which notes editorial, proofing and attention to detail as key requirements, those who have not read the advert and have applied to the wrong address will, as stated, not be considered. For the same reason, we will also not consider the 11 (so far) applicants who could not spell our company's name correctly!

Thanks, and good luck all.

Rich

Hi all,

Though not strictly a GIS job, I would like make you aware that T-Kartor GB are now looking for 2 or 3 Cartographers/Cartographic related positions to be based in West London. Note that this is a growing role, and solid GIS experience would be hugely advantageous, though not necessarily core to your expected duties for the first 6-12months. Salary (and number of positions to be filled) are fluid, depending upon the standard, experience and expertise of those who apply, and positions are hoped to be filled ASAP.

For more details, please visit: http://www.t-kartor.com/index.php?page=news&id=43

Note that any applications, enquiries or questions should be made via the details in the ad, and NOT to this address where they will instantly be rejected.

Thanks,
Rich Perkins
