Consultant (Systems) Based in Stirling (Ref FV11-02) £25,000-£40,000 depending on experience Forth Valley GIS Limited is an innovative company providing an extensive range of geographic information services to customers across Scotland and beyond. The Company has an immediate requirement for a Systems Consultant to grow and expand our innovative hosted spatial data infrastructure and implement our development road map. This post is an excellent opportunity for an experienced software developer/systems expert to work on a range of exciting projects using a variety of established and emerging technologies. You will need to be experienced using programming skills in .net and C#. , complimented by proven experience with Spatial databases (Oracle and PostGRES (PostGIS)). You will have strong analysis and design skills as well as good project management and communication skills. Experience with hardware infrastructure design and growth will make you stand out from the crowd.
