You can average them after correcting for motion by running the whole 4D timeseries through eddy_correct.

Dear FSL User:

 

Sorry that I could state my question clearly.

I noticed some MRI scans in my MRI dataset are repetitive, in other words,

Their b values (bvalues are same, b-vecs are same) are same,

Someone said that it could enhance the SNR in deterministric tractography,

I don’t know if I should remove it while doing Probabilitiy tractography.
