Hi FSL Crew, I am running into problems creating an ROI using: fslmaths /space/raid/fmri/fsl-4.1.4-centos5_64/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm_brain_mask.nii.gz -roi 50 1 50 1 50 1 0 1 point_mask -odt float fslmaths point_mask -kernel sphere 10 -fmean -bin sphere_mask While this has worked for me in the past, it currently creates an ROI that has a mean of zero. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Rachel
