Hi,FSL experts
I run TBSS and get tbss_FA_tfce_corrp_fstat1.nii.gz, then I run
'cluster -i tbss_FA_tfce_corrp_tstat1 -t 0.95' and get the following results
Cluster Index Voxels Z-MAX Z-MAX X (vox) Z-MAX Y (vox) Z-MAX Z (vox) Z-COG X (vox) Z-COG Y (vox) Z-COG Z (vox)
7 256 1 101 152 64 99.1 157 76
6 125 1 102 155 87 102 151 91.3
5 33 1 74 153 91 75.2 149 94.7
4 23 1 78 149 90 79 148 91.3
3 3 1 91 146 89 92 146 89
2 2 1 84 146 90 84.5 146 90
1 2 1 101 146 65 101 146 65.5

Now I want to separate the result clusters and get mask of the clusters which size> 100. So, in my result, I want get a mask of cluster 6 and a mask of cluster 7, how can I get this?

Thank you.
Tina
