Dear frank and all colleagues,
thanks a lot for pointing some of us to this book which we can access freely as we cannot really afford buying such useful materials on the burgeoning discipline of disability. I will indeed greatly appreciate it if anyone either sends me as attachments, or point me to freely accessible materials which can help me in my continuous engagement with contemporary knowledge and developments in this area.
