I don't think you are being too grumpy. I run a small consultancy performing data protection/information governance services along with BS10008 work. I try not to push this too much for the very reasons you state. Ibrahim is a guy that pushes his company a lot, but in return he gives a lot of access to interesting stuff. Just wondering where the balance lies...
