Hello We have the footer problem too. Have you had any explanation from Blackboard? We're testing 9.1 SP4. Everytime a tutor sends an email from an announcement the footer about email notifications is repeated in every email approximately the same number of times as students on that module e.g. 100 students = 100 footers.
