Dear all I am looking to review the way that we assign invigilation support to exams at NTU. We currently operate with a pool of Invigilators who are employed on a casual basis which means that whilst we may offer them work they are not obliged to accept it. I would be interested in finding out how other institutions appoint Invigilators, particularly if the system works well for you!
