Dear Allstat, A large leading financial organisation has a unique Statistical Modelling Manager’s position in the fraud analytics division to fill that will see you in a high profile managerial position getting your hands dirty with in-depth statistical Research and Development. On the look out for a data mining expert with a real flair for analytics and spotting patterns in data, if you love solving big problems with statistics then this is the role for you. The role will be to – • Play a large part in the research, development and implementation of cutting edge data analytics and statistics • Use in-depth statistical / pattern recognition / data mining / computational statistics techniques to spot unusual transaction behaviour across the company • Research and develop new innovative analytical techniques • Help set the strategic vision of the fraud analytics division • Motivate, mentor and deliver leading fraud analytics as part of a highly able and driven analytics team • Manage stakeholder relations and represent the company at outside forums • Be constantly on the look out and driving towards improving modelling procedure and accuracy Send your CV, or better still give us a call, to be considered for the shortlist.
