QAA announces new review method Following consultation, the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education has announced a new method of institutional review.
The operational description http://www.qaa.ac.uk/reviews/institutionalreview/IRoperational.pdf includes an equality impact assessment which contains some examples of how equality might be promoted in this process and identifies what might detract. The accompanying handbook for HEIs does not appear to contain a single mention of equality anywhere – or have I missed it in the search?
