We have similar assay here in USA called AspirinWorks, I'm was looking into this but we got some issue with urine collection (leaks), this problem is being solved by BD urine collection kit (vacutainer for urine), any way we did not implement this test yet,
There is a lot of studies showing that this test help on what dose should you put your patient on,
If any one interested on this papers, I can help with that,

Best regards
Mohmed

Subject: Aspirin resistance ?

Dear collective,

A colleague saw a commercial rep this week who discussed the topic of aspirin resistance and its assessment by an automated urinary assay (Randox ‘TxB Cardio’).  Is anyone else evaluating this, and indeed do we need to consider assessing aspirin-resistant patients ?!

Philip
