Hi Turk, Did you move the data after having run the first-level analyses? The SPM.mat file contains full path information to the functional volumes & any other inputs, so if you move these data, then SPM cannot find the images based on the path information. You can either: 1. Put the data back to the original location 2. use spm_changepath to change the old path information to the new. Vy T.U.
